Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teens and the insight to be a wise woman. She is the perfect model of women today who do it all. She's a journalist who is also a health coach and entrepreneur. Additionally, she is acknowledged as a performer and sung comedienne. Perpetual Motion is without doubt earned her the nickname. Marilu's attitude to health has been visible throughout her entire existence. She's a firm believer that a healthy body will enable people to accomplish anything. However, this wasn't always the case in the past. While she was still a teenager her weight climbed significantly. She was an emotional foodie who was poorly and unwell all the time. Following the deaths of both parents, in the midst of fifty-her father from an attack of the heart and her mother due to arthritis complications-she decided she would be in charge of her well-being. Dieting was not the goal however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop the best way to maximize the way our bodies were designed to work.
